The RACE application provides Primary Care Providers with urgent telephone advice from specialist physicians. A Thrombosis Specialist is available via RACE every weekday 8am to 5pm to address urgent questions regarding thrombotic disorders and anticoagulation.

eCASE is a web-based platform that facilitates electronic written communication between primary care providers and specialist physicians to facilitate patient care. A Thrombosis Specialist is available via eCASE for non-urgent consultative advice on issues related to thrombotic disorders and anticoagulation.
